Your email address is your account id. When you create your account, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. Your email must be confirmed to access the Mobile Trip Profile and other functionality. |

| Password: |
Passwords must be 8-15 characters in length. We are not enforcing strict passwords rules other than the length, but your password should contain both upper and lower case characters and a mix of alpha, numeric and special characters. |

| PIN: |
To add an additional layer of security, you may set to require a PIN be entered along with your password when logging in to your account.
There are multiple PIN settings available for Website and Mobile access. To access the PIN settings, select 'Manage 2-Factor Logon Authentication' on your 'My Account' page. |

| Safe Computer: |
If the computer you are using is in a safe environment such as your home and not a public location, you can check this box to maintain your logon session, not requiring you to log back in when you access the website. The '(Safe)' text will display indicating you have logged in using the Safe Computer mode. Logging off will clear the setting. |
