Booking Priorities

Booking Priorities
  X-High Book First
  High Book after X-High
  Medium Book after High
  Low Book Last
  N/A Booking-not a priority

To assist with your bookings, set the 'Booking Priority' for each activity.  Important activities should be set to a higher priority while less important activities to a lower priority.  Higher priority items should be booked first as your plans may need to be adjusted if something is not available.

For example, if you are planning on staying the night on the island of Mt. St. Michael in France where hotel rooms are limited, you should book a room first as your trip itinerary will change if you are unable to book a room.

As you book each activity set the status to 'Booked' on the Booking Details page.  When an activity status is set to booked, the Booking Priorities List will reflect the change by listing all booked activities in the Booked Activities column.  When everything requiring booking has been booked, you should have not any items remaining in the Activities Requiring Booking column.

The Booking Priorities page gives you an easy way to quickly view everything that should be booked before departing on your trip.  When you have completed everything, the 'Activities Requiring Booking' column should be empty.
